Problem Report

Dear [Support Team/Customer Service],

I hope this message finds you well.

Today, I intended to purchase 5,900 KRW worth of credit. However, due to an error, I accidentally purchased credits worth 55,000 KRW and 22,000 KRW using Apple Pay with my debit card. The second transaction was made because I believed the first payment had not gone through. Later, I noticed that the full amounts for both transactions were deducted together.

As I only need the 5,900 KRW credit, I kindly request one of the following options:

1. Retain 5,900 KRW as credit in my account and refund the remaining amount, or
2. Refund the full amount, so I can make the correct purchase again.

Please let me know if you require any additional information to process the refund.
